Small home. Maximum 5 residents. Every resident gets our full attention.
What's included in the monthly rate.
Everything below is part of the all-inclusive rate. No level-of-care surcharges, no medication-pass fees, no hidden line items.
Private room + meals
Furnished private bedroom, three home-cooked meals daily plus snacks, housekeeping, laundry. Dietary preferences accommodated.
ADL support
Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility - based on individual needs. No add-on fees as needs grow.
Medication management
Administered under CMT authority by Nimmi on a double-check schedule. RN-supervised per Maryland COMAR 10.07.14.
24/7 awake overnight
A caregiver is in the home around the clock - awake, in the kitchen, ready when a resident gets up at 2 a.m. Not on-call from elsewhere.
Memory care, dementia support, and OHCQ Level 3 care complexity are included by default - no separate "memory care wing" upcharge.

What we accept, and what we don't
We accept private pay, private long-term care insurance, SSI, and SSDI.
We do not bill Medicare directly. Medicare doesn't cover long-term assisted living in any state; it only covers short-term skilled nursing facility care after a qualifying hospital stay. We also don't currently participate in Maryland Medicaid waivers.
For private long-term care insurance, the model is reimbursement: you pay us each month and your insurer reimburses you per your policy terms. We help you submit claims.
Wartime veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for VA Aid & Attendance benefits, which can offset monthly costs. We have a separate guide on VA Aid & Attendance for Maryland assisted living.
Pricing FAQ
Does the monthly rate include medication management?
Medication administration by our Certified Medication Technician is part of the included base care. We handle prescription coordination with your pharmacy and physicians as part of standard care.
What happens if care needs escalate?
Because we hold Maryland's Level 3 OHCQ license, the highest care-complexity tier permitted in an assisted living program, we can handle dementia, complex medication regimens, mobility support, and end-of-life care without transferring your loved one to a higher-priced facility. Is the rate locked in, or does it increase over time?
Month-to-month. Your rate is set at admission based on the initial care assessment. We review pricing annually and give advance written notice of any change.
Do you accept Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance?
We accept private pay, private insurance, SSI, and SSDI. What isn't included in the monthly rate?
The rate covers room, all meals, 24/7 licensed care, medication management, activities, laundry, and medical transportation within 10 miles of Silver Spring. Items not included: personal toiletries, salon and barber services, specialty medical equipment (e.g., hospital bed, oxygen concentrator), and transportation beyond the 10-mile radius. We will quote any add-ons before charging.
