Walk-through
Walk the whole house: kitchen, dining table, living room, and the deck out back. The rooms look on your visit exactly as they look the rest of the week.
Sit-down conversation
Sit at the table with the home's manager and talk through your loved one's needs, what's working at home and what isn't.
